Privacy policy

Effective August 25, 2026

DataSheds is the workforce housing division of Olerra Living Innovations (“Olerra,” “we,” “us,” “our”). This policy explains what personal information we collect through datasheds.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

It describes what this site actually does today: a public information site with a single contact form. We have written it to be specific rather than broad, so you can hold us to it.

The short version

  • We collect what you type into the contact form — your name, email address, and message — and use it to reply to you.
  • This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
  • We never sell or share your personal information, run advertising, or build profiles about you.
  • We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to count pageviews. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we load no analytics at all.
  • You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time — whoever you are and wherever you live.

01 · Who we are

The party responsible for the information described here is Olerra Living Innovations, 1495 Canyon Blvd, Suite 223, Boulder, CO 80302, United States. DataSheds is a division and brand of Olerra Living Innovations, not a separate company.

For anything in this policy, write to sales@olerra.com.

02 · What this policy covers

This policy covers the datasheds.com website and the contact form on it. It does not cover olerra.com or any other Olerra site, product, or service, and it does not cover information you give us outside the website — in a meeting, a phone call, or a contract negotiation.

03 · Information you give us

The contact form asks for exactly three things: your name, your email address, and your message. There are no other fields, and none of them are optional-but-tracked extras. We ask for nothing else.

Your message is free text, so it contains whatever you choose to put in it — typically a project location, headcount, and timeline. Please do not send us sensitive personal information (government identifiers, financial account details, health information) through this form. We do not need it and do not want it.

If you email us directly instead of using the form, we receive whatever that email contains.

04 · Information collected automatically

Three things happen automatically when you use this site.

  • Hosting and security logs. Our host, Vercel, records standard web server information: the IP address the request came from, the browser and operating system it reports, the page requested, the referring page, and the time. This is how the site gets delivered and how abuse gets identified.
  • Spam and abuse prevention. When you submit the contact form we read the IP address of that request and hold it in the server's working memory for up to ten minutes, solely to stop the same address from sending more than five messages in that window. It is not written to a database and is not used for anything else. The form also contains a hidden field that humans never see and bots tend to fill in; if it is filled in, we discard the submission.
  • Aggregate analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand how the site is used and how fast it loads — pageviews, referring sites, approximate location at the country or region level, device and browser type, and page performance measurements. These products do not use cookies and do not follow you to other websites. When a contact form submission succeeds we record that one happened; we record the event, never the contents.

05 · Cookies and tracking technologies

This site sets no cookies. It also stores nothing in your browser's local storage. You will not see a cookie banner here, because there is no cookie to ask you about.

The typefaces used on this site are served from our own domain, so loading a page makes no request to Google Fonts or any other font service. The only third-party resource the site loads is the Vercel analytics script described above.

We use no advertising networks, no retargeting or conversion pixels, no social media trackers, and no session recording or heatmap tools.

06 · Why we use your information

We use it for these purposes and no others:

  • To answer you. Your name, email, and message are used to reply to your inquiry and to continue that conversation about your project. Where the law requires a legal basis, this is your consent and the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
  • To operate and secure the site. Logs and rate limiting keep the site available and keep spam out. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a working, non-abused website.
  • To understand aggregate usage. Analytics tells us which pages get read and whether the site is fast. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in improving it.
  • To comply with the law where we are required to.

Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time by writing to sales@olerra.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything done before you withdrew it.

07 · What we never do

So that these are commitments and not omissions, stated plainly:

  • We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising — as those terms are defined under California law. We never have.
  • We do not use your information for advertising or marketing to you on other websites.
  • We do not use it for profiling or automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
  • We do not buy contact lists, and we do not enrich or append what you send us with data bought from anyone else.
  • We do not add you to a marketing mailing list because you used the contact form. Your message gets a reply, not a newsletter.

08 · Who we share information with

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run this site, under contracts that limit them to that purpose:

  • Vercel Inc. — website hosting, and the analytics and performance measurement described in section 04.
  • HighLevel — the customer relationship manager where your inquiry is stored so that we can follow it up.
  • Resend — delivers contact form messages from this site to our inbox.
  • Microsoft — hosts the mailbox those messages are delivered to.

Beyond that, we disclose personal information only if we are legally required to (a valid subpoena, court order, or similar legal process), or if we need to in order to establish or defend legal claims or protect someone's safety.

If Olerra Living Innovations is ever involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information covered by this policy could transfer as part of that transaction. If that happens, we will post notice on this page before your information becomes subject to a different policy.

09 · Where your information is processed

We are based in the United States and our service providers process this information in the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed there, where privacy laws differ from those in your country. Where the law requires a transfer mechanism, we rely on your explicit request that we contact you and on our providers' standard contractual clauses.

10 · How long we keep it

Your inquiry is stored in our customer relationship manager and in the inbox it is delivered to. We keep it for as long as it takes to handle your inquiry and any follow-up conversation about your project, and afterwards only while the exchange stays relevant to an active or prospective project. We will delete your submission at any point if you ask us to, and we do not need a reason.

The IP address used for rate limiting is discarded within ten minutes. Hosting logs and analytics data are held by our providers on their own standard retention schedules; analytics data is aggregate and is not tied to you.

11 · How we protect it

The site is served only over an encrypted HTTPS connection, so what you type into the form is encrypted in transit. Access to the mailbox that receives inquiries is limited to the people at Olerra who need it. We keep the site's attack surface deliberately small: there are no user accounts, no login, and no customer database behind this site.

That said, no method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12 · Your privacy rights

Different laws grant different people different rights. We have chosen not to sort you by where you live: we extend all of the following to everyone who contacts us, regardless of residence.

  • Know and access — ask what personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it.
  • Correct — have inaccurate information fixed.
  • Delete — have us erase what we hold about you.
  • Portability — receive your information in a portable, machine-readable format.
  • Object and restrict — object to or ask us to limit a particular use.
  • Withdraw consent — at any time, without penalty.
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, of targeted advertising, and of profiling. We do none of these, so there is nothing to opt out of — but the right is yours and we will honor a request.
  • Non-discrimination — we will never give you worse service, worse pricing, or a slower response because you exercised a privacy right.
  • Appeal — if we turn a request down, you can appeal.

13 · How to make a request

Email sales@olerra.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line and tell us what you want us to do. There is no form to fill in and no charge.

To protect you, we need to be reasonably sure the request comes from you — usually we confirm by replying to the email address already in our records. We will respond within 45 days. If a request is complicated and we need longer, we will tell you why within those 45 days and may take up to 45 more. You may also use an authorized agent to make a request where the law allows it.

If we decline, our response will say why and how to appeal. Reply with “Appeal” and we will review it and respond within 45 days. If you are still unsatisfied, you can complain to your regulator: the Colorado Attorney General, the California Privacy Protection Agency, or — in the EEA or UK — your national data protection supervisory authority.

14 · Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track

We honor Global Privacy Control. If your browser or extension sends a GPC signal, this site does not load the analytics or performance scripts at all — not a reduced version, none. Nothing else about the site changes, and the contact form works exactly the same way.

Because we do not sell or share personal information or track anyone across sites, a Do Not Track signal has nothing further to opt you out of.

15 · Children

This is a business-to-business site about industrial construction housing. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to sales@olerra.com and we will delete it.

16 · Links to other sites

This site links to olerra.com. Once you follow a link off datasheds.com, this policy no longer applies and the privacy practices of that site govern. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of sites we link to.

17 · Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top of the page. If a change is significant — if we start collecting something new, or use what we already have for a new purpose — we will say so clearly on this page rather than quietly revising the text. We will never apply a materially different policy to information we already hold without telling you first.
